On any given day one could simply sit and watch as all the people go about their daily lives, some are out for a leisurely stroll in their neighborhoods, others driving here and there, attending meetings, riding their bikes, going to school, or doing any of the myriads things we people do as we venture through life!
The basis in which we perceive, and translate all the things we involve ourselves with, our activities, work, plans, family, friends, all center around the “environment” which we are accustomed, more specifically, our perception of life is rooted in the fact that we live in a nation that provides its citizens with freedom!
Freedom is the byproduct of our Constitutional Rights, freedom is also what drives our economy, Capitalism is based on freedom!
The basis of Marxism is communism, which is diametrically counter to Capitalism, it does not provide freedom, liberty, or rights for the people, it is rooted in control over the people.
The people of this nation, except for those who came here from a nation under communist rule, are oblivious as to what life would be like in the “environment” which accompanies communism, which is certainly nothing remotely similar to the “environment” our nation has provided for its people for 236 years now!
Our Founding Fathers were acutely aware of the difference, for they sacrificed all to flee from it, they went to War against such an evil government, and victorious, they established the freest nation on earth, Praise God.
Our Founding Fathers provided us great insight as to what we should be alarmed of when it comes to our government, and history has validated without question as to how evil communism is, and that the false promises of providing the people a life of nirvana “always” leads them into Oppression!
James Madison provided us with these sobering truths;
“The ultimate authority…resides in the people alone.”
“It is proper to take alarm at the first experiment upon our liberties. We hold this prudent jealousy to be the first duty of citizens and one of the noblest characteristics of the late Revolution.”
“The freemen of America did not wait till usurped power had strengthened itself by exercise and entangled the question in precedents. They saw all the consequences in the principle, and they avoided the consequences by denying the principle. We revere this lesson too much …to forget it.”
Were there words said in vain?
Over the past several decades, much like a slab of bologna sitting on the counter, if just a little is taken here and there, it is hardly noticed missing when it is all gone, so it goes with our freedoms and liberties.
History exposes the fact that there are those in the world who seek something more than mere wealth, something that is much more empowering; control, control over other people, Stalin, Lenin, Mao, Hitler, Saddam, and the list can go on, yet many in our nation foolishly embrace the notion that the United States is immune from ever having to worry about something like that happening here.
Yet, that is exactly where our nation is today, on the brink of being taken over by Tyrants, who seek to control all the people, and in order to do so they had to first reduce them into dependence, for only then could they “force” them to surrender their rights, freedoms, liberties, and of course, their voices.
The people of the United States were unique in every concept of the word, the fact that the government of the United States was established specifically “of” the people, “by” the people, and “for” the people embedded the power onto the people!
No longer can this be said is true, today, the government is over the people, the people are merely expected to cater to the government’s policies, taxation’s and regulations, and any who dare question their principles or motivations are immediately demonized, attacked, and silenced in whatever way necessary.
How did we get here? That will be the emphasis of “Oblivious to the Takeover” which will be posted on our website in the next day or so.
How we got here is not as vital as the fact that “we are here” and unless we the people take action immediately, it will be insignificant as to how or why it happened!
